RESULTS FROM SUNDAY MAY 21, 2006
The night started off with one of the biggest surprises in APWF history. Cricket sold the company to Jimmy StarR For those who had been following APWF StarR has always been an announcer that the fans hated and Cricket an owner that everyone loved. After both men got into the ring Starr threw his kendo stick onto the mat and ask the fans to forgive him. The fans did. As Starr left the ring; of all people; Cricket picked up the stick and nailed him in the back. Who would have ever thought this would happen.
The night got off with a unique battle royal. The last two men who were left in the ring would be declared APWF Tag Team Champions. The fans were ecstatic when Adrian Guerrero and Dallas Dream were crowned tag team champions. However, Crackers with Attitude (Drew Meyer and Drake) challenged the champions to a match later that day. Like true champions the team of Guerrero and Dream accepted.
In a match for the APWF Ladies Championship it was Fantasy taking on Rock N Roll Rock-C. This was a great match with an odd ending. As time was counting down Fantasy had one arm on top of Rock and Rock-C and one had on top of Fantasy. The referee made the three count so both ladies were pinned.
Crackers With Attitude cheated their way to winning the APWF Tag Team Championship over Guerrerro and Dream.
The Working Man Lamar Phillips with Cedric defeated Apollix. Phillips was trying to put Apollix out of the business and out of nowhere came "The Wild Child" Jamie Strong. Strong told Phillips to pick on somebody on his own size and challenged him to a match.
Strong then took the win over Phillips.
APWF CEO and Cruiserweight Champion then hit the ring and called Cricket out. He asked Cricket why he has sold the company. Cricket told him it was because of people like the Superfreak. Then Cricket looked at both of them and told them that he did not like either one of them. As Starr was leaving the ring Young attacked him and announcer Larry Jackson. Cricket then smiled and said he loves it when a plan comes throught.
Chief Little Lynn won over Bubba Kaiser
In the main event it was "Superfreak" Adam Young with Cricket going up against Iron Man Mikey for the APWF Cruiserweight Championship . This was an awesome match but in the end it was Cricket hitting Sharp with the kendo stick and Young getting the one , two, three.
